Food

Absolutely! We can’t share the secret family recipes, of course, but we can tell you they’re inspired by our Salvadoran roots and traditions and made extra delicious with our own personal twist.

All of our tortillas are handmade fresh on site. Our street-style tortillas are corn masa based and gluten sensitive for our gluten-free friends. And because they’re fresh, they’re fluffy, airy, and dangerously good.

We hand cut and slow marinade everything in-house with scratch-made family recipes. Hungry yet?

Humble brag: we exclusively use Temple Coffee beans because they’re the best of the best. Who doesn’t love a cup of fair-trade, farm-to-cup goodness? And we love supporting a Sacramento roaster in the process!

We mostly bring the heat to weddings, but when availability and guest count allow, we love serving corporate events, showers, and intimate parties.

Our taco bar is staff-served buffet style. We plate the goods and guests add their toppings, so everyone gets plenty of food and can dress their tacos exactly how they want.

Yes! We offer tray pass service at an additional fee as it requires more staffing.

Not at this time. But our refried beans are a fan favorite and we make them in-house.

Our tasty refried beans are vegetarian, but not vegan.

Our signature spanish rice is made with chicken stock, but we offer speciality vegetarian rice upon request!

Most of our food is gluten sensitive. (Woot woot!) But we cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free since we do all of our prepping in a shared commissary kitchen.

We believe no friends or family should be left out of the fun. So we offer potato and veggie options that are both vegetarian and vegan and loved by omnivores and carnivores alike!

Yes we do and venues can be added to our insurance.

Yes, we have a catering license and a sales & use tax license that allows us to sell to the public at pop-ups.

We are based in Sacramento, but love to travel in and around California. In addition to our standard travel fee, we charge an accommodation fee depending on the time and location of the event. We’d love to chat about how that looks for your event!

Currently, no. But we often have pop ups in the Sacramento area where you can try our food! Check out the Where to Find Us page on our website to see what events we have coming up.

We’re happy to provide full service and bussing as an add on.

Yes, we include a 15% gratuity to every event. Gratuity and any additional tips are greatly appreciated and always split up amongst the awesome staff working your event.

Our minimum guest count is typically 100, but feel free to reach out for private parties under this number. We’d love to chat!

You can enjoy our salsas at all of our events and we plan to sell in stores in the near future. Stay tuned!
